Peak Athletic Boot Camp is intended for athletes in grades 7-12, preparing for a sport or to improve their in-season performance. The goal is to increase strength, increase speed, improve conditioning and reduce the risk of injury through neuro-muscular training and education. This program is PROGRESSIVE in nature and will build upon skills and techniques previously learned in order to optimize results. We offer the latest techniques and unique drills designed to increase your athletic abilities and help you reach your maximum potential. Focusing on education and proper form, you will learn a combination of plyometrics, agility drills, strength & conditioning training to reach your Peak Performance.
